Thanks to advances in veterinary medicine, pets are living longer than ever before. Just as the health care needs of humans change as we age, the same applies to pets. Dr. O'Neal will discuss the changing needs of your senior pet and will answer questions about your pet's golden years.
Potter Pet University is open to the public and admission is free.

Camp Happy Tails is “Going Wild” in February with a three day trek to Tanzania to study African Elephants, St. Croix, Virgin Islands to participate in an expedition to save the leatherback sea turtle, and to our backyard to study the coyote. Come join the fun!

Children accompanied by a parent can enjoy a delightful animal story, create an animal craft and learn a new song. The fee is $3 per child. Participation in each session is limited to 15 children. To register, contact LynneM@PotterLeague.org

The Potter League for Animals received the award of a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environment Design) Gold rating from the US Green Building Council. This is the first gold level award for any animal shelter in the United States and the first gold award for any public building in Rhode Island. LEED Gold was awarded to the Potter League for the energy efficient and high-performing design of our new animal care and education center.
Honoring Their Trust, the capital campaign for the new facility is actively seeking contributions. Click here to make a donation to the campaign to help raise the last million dollars toward construction costs.

Our cats love to sleep on Kuranda cat beds, but we don't have enough for everyone. If you would like to donate a bed or a set of beds at a special wholesale price for another cat to sleep in comfort, please donate a Kuranda cat bed.
