Story Hour



Kindergarten Story Hour

Waggin' Tails Story Hour is a story hour held in the Potter League's Morris Education Center.  The morning session is for children 2 to 4 years of age.  The afternoon session is for children 5 to 6.

Listen to delightful age-appropriate stories about animals, make a craft project, and learn a song.  Limited to 15 children accompanied by an adult.  Fee $3

Join us for an hour long workshop discussing All Things Cat!  Get answers to questions about your cat's behavior and some helpful hints about your furry friend.  RSVP to Byron Davies at ByronD@PotterLeague.org or 401.846.8276 ext. 104.  $5 donation per family requested.

Pet Loss Support Group Meeting

The Pet Loss Support Group meets monthly. There is NO fee to attend but pre registration is required. This program provides supportive help for those who have been touched by the loss of a pet, anticipating the loss of a pet, or dealing with the difficult decision of euthanasia.  For more information or for immediate support, please email jillh@potterleague.org or call Jill at 846-8276 ext. 122.

Care & Keeping of Pet Birds
Lisa Dowaliby, Certified Veterinary Technician specializing in exotic pets and pet birds, will provide information about pet birds and what it takes to care for them properly.  Cockatiels, love birds, parakeets to name a few...bring your questions for Lisa.
