The Walk for Animals is an annual one-mile walk for animals and is the Potter League's largest annual fundraiser, with more than 450 people and 250 dogs joining us to raise funds and awareness for the homeless pets in our care. The Heart & Sole Walk has become is a must-attend event for many Newport County area residents and many of our walkers have raised funds for more than 20 years!

Plan to celebrate with us on event day! Walk the beautiful 1 mile trail at Glen Park with or without your dog, walk to honor or commemorate a treasured pet, pick up your prizes, enjoy pet demonstrations, contests, and visit with our pet wellness professionals and marketplace vendors. Registration opens at 10:00am with the Walk kicking off at noon! Lunch and awards to follow.
