DESCRIPTION:This October\, we’re partnering with Subaru of New England for their annual #SNELovesPets Campaign! As part of their Subaru Love Promise and Subaru Loves Pets commitment\, their campaign shows that whether they live in our homes or in the wild\, Subaru is committed to keeping animals across New England safe and healthy. \nThe #SNELovesPets Campaign benefits shelters in all six New England states by providing an opportunity to both raise awareness and fundraise. Subaru of New England hopes this social media campaign will raise awareness to adopt\, not shop so that local shelter animals can find their forever homes. The campaign is also a fundraising opportunity for twelve non-profit animal shelters throughout New England (including us!). \nGetting involved is easy – and we encourage all pet owners to participate! We know that you probably have dozens of pictures or videos of your best friend on your phone’s camera roll. During the month of October\, post your pet on Facebook\, Instagram\, Twitter\, or TikTok using the hashtag #SNELovesPets (be sure the post is public for visibility). For each unique post\, Subaru of New England will pledge $5 to local New England animal shelters – like us – up to $60\,000! The goal is to receive 12\,000 photos\, ensuring each animal shelter will receive $5\,000 each. The more photos submitted\, the more we can raise awareness on the importance of adopting!

To become a volunteer\, we ask that you first attend a general information session. These are currently being held virtually via Zoom monthly. Join us this month where you will get an overview of our mission\, programs & services\, volunteer opportunities\, and the minimum requirement we ask that all volunteers adhere to. When you volunteer at the Potter League for Animals\, you’re joining a family of volunteers and staff committed to providing love and support for the homeless pets in our care. As a volunteer\, you’ll be helping homeless animals receive loving care and second chances for the happiness they deserve. \nRegistration is required. One registration per person. The mansion will host a dinner theater experience featuring captivating performances from the team at No Ring Circus\, accompanied by an indulgent multi-course menu and unlimited champagne.
