By opening your heart and home\, you’re giving an adult shelter dog the gift of comfort while helping us create space for more animals in need. \n\nWhat is a Howliday Houseguest?\nThe Howliday Houseguest is a short-term fostering program where you welcome a Potter League dog into your home during the holiday season. It’s a chance to provide them with the comfort of a loving home while giving yourself the joy of companionship—and it makes a big difference in their life! \n\nDates: December 22-27 (If you’d like to foster longer\, please just let us know.)\nDuration: 4-6 days\, based on your availability\nSupport: We provide everything you need—food\, supplies\, and support.\nPlacement: Dogs are placed on a first-come\, first-served\, & best-fit basis.\n\nYou’ll also have the opportunity to meet your potential foster to ensure you’re comfortable with the match.
