SUMMARY:#SNELovesPets 2022
DESCRIPTION:This October\, we’re partnering with Subaru of New England for their annual #SNELovesPets Campaign! As part of their Subaru Love Promise and Subaru Loves Pets commitment\, their campaign shows that whether they live in our homes or in the wild\, Subaru is committed to keeping animals across New England safe and healthy. \nThe #SNELovesPets Campaign benefits shelters in all six New England states by providing an opportunity to both raise awareness and fundraise. Subaru of New England hopes this social media campaign will raise awareness to adopt\, not shop so that local shelter animals can find their forever homes. The campaign is also a fundraising opportunity for twelve non-profit animal shelters throughout New England (including us!). \nGetting involved is easy – and we encourage all pet owners to participate! We know that you probably have dozens of pictures or videos of your best friend on your phone’s camera roll. During the month of October\, post your pet on Facebook\, Instagram\, Twitter\, or TikTok using the hashtag #SNELovesPets (be sure the post is public for visibility). For each unique post\, Subaru of New England will pledge $5 to local New England animal shelters – like us – up to $60\,000! The goal is to receive 12\,000 photos\, ensuring each animal shelter will receive $5\,000 each. The more photos submitted\, the more we can raise awareness on the importance of adopting!

Enjoy a fun-filled dog walk\, music\, a sponsor & vendor marketplace\, food trucks\, special activities for dogs and kids\, and a festive atmosphere celebrating the special bond between animals and people. \nThe Heart & Sole Walk for Animals is a beloved tradition\, and in addition to raising essential funds to support our lifesaving work\, it’s an opportunity for animal lovers to join together in creating a more humane Rhode Island for people and pets alike. \nHelp Animals in Need\nThe Heart & Sole Walk for Animals is our biggest fundraiser of the year\, with proceeds helping to save the lives of thousands of animals in our community with programs such as foster care\, spay/neuter\, adoptions\, animal rescue\, affordable veterinary care\, and more. In addition to the Heart & Sole Walk\, you and your pup can stroll through our Flea-less Marketplace\, enjoy tasty food truck treats and take part in our awesome contests! \nEarn Prizes\nRaise funds for the animals while earning awesome prizes and compete to be the Top Fundraiser or Top Fundraising Team!
