Our fabulous foster team!\nWhen: February 15th @ 2:30pm\nWhere: Potter League For Animals – Animal Care & Adoption Center\n87 Oliphant Ln\, Middletown\, RI 02842\nWhat: Interested in hearing more about our foster program and what it entails? Maybe you’ve signed up for our program\, but haven’t found the “one” yet. Maybe you’ve fostered a couple puppies\, but you’re ready to take on an adult shelter dog that has different needs. Maybe you’re interested in simply meeting and networking with other fosters or our wonderful staff! All great reasons to join us for a little soiree on February 15th! \nWe are opening this event for interested or seasoned dog fosters. We will go over different things you can do with your foster dogs to make their time with you enjoyable and successful. We will discuss what it involves to take on a “unicorn” foster. We will teach you different skills you can implement with you foster dog; such as positive reinforcement\, DIY enrichment\, and different “games” to play with your foster dog. And we will end our event with a little speed dating session with some of our available foster dogs for those who may be interested in leaving with a new foster valentine.
