DESCRIPTION:Join us for the Annual Meeting of the Potter League for Animals\nThursday\, January 30\, 2025 | 5:30 – 7:00 p.m.\nWayfinder Hotel \nJoin us for an engaging evening as we reflect on the Potter League’s achievements and look ahead to the future of animal welfare in 2025. \nThis year’s meeting will feature a special presentation by Dr. Ann Hohenhaus\, Director of Pet Health Information at The Schwarzman Animal Medical Center. A third-generation veterinarian with dual board certifications in Oncology and Small Animal Internal Medicine\, Dr. Hohenhaus is a distinguished expert in her field\, with a career spanning veterinary research\, international lecturing\, and award-winning journalism. \nDr. Hohenhaus brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for advancing animal health and welfare. She is a published author\, researcher\, and speaker\, contributing widely to veterinary literature and education. In addition to her work at AMC\, she fosters kittens for the ASPCA and hosts the highly ranked “Ask the Vet” podcast. \nThe evening will also provide an opportunity to celebrate the Potter League’s accomplishments over the past year and discover the exciting work and initiatives planned for the year ahead. \nThis event is free and open to the public. Light refreshments will be served.
