The Potter League is here to help keep pets with the people who love them. If you need pet food assistance for your dog or cat, please complete the form below.

Once we receive your request, our team will review it and contact you by phone to confirm whether we’re able to help. If we’re unable to reach you, we’ll leave a voicemail with a callback number. Once we’ve connected, we’ll schedule a pickup time at one of our designated pickup locations.

Please note that supplies are limited, and while we do our best to help as many families as possible, we cannot guarantee that all requests can be fulfilled. We’re also unable to guarantee specific brands or accommodate all dietary requests. Food assistance requests are handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
