The Potter League Pets In Need Veterinary Clinic is expanding access to affordable veterinary care by offering high-quality, low-cost services with affordable fees for everyone — and additional discounts to those who qualify based on income.

Pet guardians receiving assistance from a federal or state program listed below will qualify. Animals will be seen by appointment only and owners will need to bring qualification documentation.

To qualify for reduced fees, you must meet the following criteria:

1. Be a Rhode Island resident

A valid Rhode Island ID must be presented at the time of appointment.

2. Be on one (or more) of the following forms of assistance:

Unfortunately, pets whose owners cannot provide documentation of assistance will not be eligible for discounted services. *Temporary disability and unemployment do not qualify.

If you are in need of financial assistance to help pay for veterinary care at a veterinary clinic other than PIN Clinic, you may qualify for additional assistance. For information about financial assistance, please click HERE.

Anesthesia and Surgery Consent – If you have have a surgery appointments scheduled and have been asked to complete the Anesthesia and Surgery Consent form, please fill this out and email it to pinclinic@potterleague.org. If you do not have a surgery appointment scheduled, please DO NOT fill this out.
