The Potter League is offering a low-cost vaccine clinic at our Spay & Neuter Clinic located in Warwick, RI.
Details:
Pre-registration (complete below) is recommended but not required.
Dogs must be leashed, cats must be in carriers.
Pets must be at least 12 weeks old.
Rabies, DHPP, FVRCP – $10
Microchips – $10
Please note this is not a free clinic and payment (cash or card) will be collected during check-in.
To be eligible for a three (3) year vaccine, owners must bring proof of non-expired prior vaccination. If you cannot provide proof, your pet will only receive a one-year vaccine.

We kindly ask that you please RSVP and pre-register each pet separately, by increasing the RSVP quantity to the amount of pets attending, enabling us to prepare the necessary paperwork in advance. Thank you!
