The weather may have delayed us, but the Canine Couture Show is back—rescheduled and ready to strut into fall! Hosted on the scenic grounds of Rough Point and inspired by Doris Duke’s enduring love of animals, this one-of-a-kind dog fashion show celebrates pets, preservation, and pure panache.
Whether you’re walking the “dogwalk” or just soaking in the style, this event promises an unforgettable evening of fun, fashion, and fundraising.
Do You & Your Pup Want to Strut the Runway?
Canine Couture Participant – $25 donation
Is your pup ready for their runway moment? Register your dog to walk the “dogwalk” in a themed costume category like “Perfectly Patterned,” “Flower Power,” “City by the Sea,” and more!
Includes a pup-tastic goodie bag and professional digital photos of your moment in the spotlight. Limited spots available!
Note: Participant ticket covers admission. VIP upgrades are optional but encouraged for the full experience!

Schedule
4:00–5:30 PM –Explore the oceanfront grounds of Rough Point Museum & visit pet-themed vendors
5:30–6:00 PM – Canine Couture Fashion Show
6:05–6:25 PM – Awards Ceremony
6:25–7:00 PM – Pose-worthy photo ops and mingling
All dogs must be leashed and picked up after.
Only service animals are permitted inside the museum; pets are welcome on the grounds.
All proceeds support the Newport Restoration Foundation and the Potter League for Animals.
